Dr Ron Buckley BSc BBA DDS

Dr Ron Buckley began his career in dentistry in 1982. Upon graduation from Dalhousie University, he opened his current practice in Rothesay NB. As a firm believer in education, he has participated in numerous advanced training courses as well as encouraging his team to continue on with their training. Dr Buckley was one of the first dentists to offer single visit crowns (Cerec Crowns, a Cam Cad Technology) in Southern NB. Advanced cosmetic procedures along with general family dentistry are the key components of his practice. The utilization of advanced technology, continuing education and a soft approach has allowed him to maintain a loyal patient foundation. His group family practice with Dr Janet Bailey and Dr Aaron Tait provides to our community a diversity of dental services, a low stress atmosphere for our patients and a staff dedicated to your needs.

 

Dr Aaron Tait HBSc DDS

Dr. Aaron Tait graduated from Dalhousie University where he received both an undergraduate honours degree in Biology (2000) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (2004). Upon graduation, Dr. Tait and his family decided to return to the beautiful Kennebecasis Valley and join the group dental practice of Dr. Bailey and Dr. Buckley. Dr. Tait and his staff have completed continued education training on the newest dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry with a particular focus on dental implants. Dr. Tait has advanced training in bone grafting, surgical placement and restoration of dental implants, and is a certified member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Tait is certified in Nitrous Oxide Sedation and has hospital privileges with the Saint John Regional and Sussex Health Centre. Dr. Tait and his dental team strive to bring their patients the highest quality treatment in a warm and caring environment. Last year, his dental team participated in an international humanitarian effort through Feed the Children Canada where they provided dental care to patients in Haiti. Dr. Tait lives in Rothesay with his wife and three children.

 

Dr Janet Bailey BSc B.Ed DDS

Dr. Bailey graduated from Dalhousie University in 1983 and moved to Quispamsis. She practiced on Sydney Street in Saint John for 7 yrs. In 1990, Dr. Bailey moved her practice to Rothesay where she joined her husband, Dr. Ron Buckley in a group dental practice. Her practice is focused on family dentistry emphasizing in prevention and all phases of restorative dentistry utilizing dentistry's latest technology. Through many continuing education courses, she has developed special interests in periodontics, tooth replacement and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Bailey's warm, relaxed nature has created a devoted patient following.

 

Dr Nicola Buckley DDS

Oakville Lane dental would like to introduce Dr. Nicola Buckley. Dr. Buckley joined our practice upon graduating from Dalhousie University with her degree in dentistry, in May of 2011. Dr Buckley was the recipient of the Pierre Fauchard Certificate of Merit for her dedication and outstanding service to the dental profession as a student. She was born and raised in the Kennebecasis valley and over the years has been active in the community, participating in the figure skating program, youth string orchestra and being an active member of St. Mark’s church. Dr. Buckley has been a welcome asset to the office, offering our clients extended hours, including evening appointments. Beginning in November 2011, Dr. Buckley will be offering Nitrous Oxide sedation for those patients who might be a little nervous about visiting the dentist. Nicola is very enthusiastic about her dental career, and has a positive attitude and unlimited patience with procedures that both children and adults appreciate.
